The owner, Andy Schweitzer, was born and educated in the UK but grew up in Spain and has been brought up here. Although his education was UK based. The son of one of the first property developers on the Costa del Sol he has literally spent his entire life in and around the property business. From his first job right up until forming Dean Estates in 2017 he has always followed his passion for property in sales and management. This lifetime of experience is reflected in his totally honest and professional approach and provides you with a depth of knowledge that is unparalleled on the Costa del Sol.

Esther is originally from Holland but has spent more than half of her life living on the Costa del Sol .
Passionate about property and interior design. Before joining Dean Estates she has worked as an interior designer and as a sales director for a 5 star development where she until now is still in charge of resales and rentals .
Always having been involved in real estate on the Costa she knows the ins and outs of the property market. Her direct and honest approach to selling properties is appreciated by clients who prefer to hear the facts about a property rather than the sometimes “imaginative” description peddled by property developers.
She speaks fluent English, Spanish , Dutch and German.
Having spent 20 years in the hospitality industry, Margaret specializes in customer service. With a passion for travelling Margaret’s global and local knowledge is second to none making her ideal to assist you with searching for a new home, or holiday rental. Her extensive experience booking and maintaining holiday homes are thanks to her strong organizational and customer service skills as well as always being on hand for her clients before, during and after their stay. As a mother of three she knows what is required for the perfect family holiday and is happy to offer recommendations on restaurants, children’s activities, beaches and more. The recommendations really speak for themselves; those who have rented through Margaret always recommend her services to their friends and family and often return themselves!
